服务学习
服务学习 at Holy Trinity
Our commitment to community service is facilitated through 服务学习, fostering a direct link between the classroom and service to others. By participating in service learning, students gain a sense of social responsibility and a shared ethic of caring and a theology of service.
The chaplain and guidance office actively connect students with on- and off-campus service opportunities. Students are mentored to choose and engage in service efforts to find their potential as leaders and extend their learning beyond the classroom.
Many students develop an enthusiasm for a project and go well beyond the graduation requirement. Often, these continue through college and turn into jobs and internships.
